| Volleyball Power Program |
| |
This program encompasses all aspects of optimizing your volleyball performance. The initial part of the program involves testing. An athlete will undergo a comprehensive performance analysis that entails:
| |
3D Hitting Power and Biomechanical Analysis |
| |
2D Frame by Frame Video Analysis of Hitting and Serving |
| |
Cybex Trazer Testing |
| |
Physical Performance Testing |
| |
Vertical Analysis |
| |
Speed, Agility, and Reaction Time Analysis |
| |
Body Composition |
| |
Technical Analysis by a Volleyball Consultant |
After the baseline testing, a volleyball specific program will be developed. The program will be modified accordingly as an athlete continues conditioning. Online access will be provided so athletes can monitor their progression and have the ability to view their testing results and their exercises.
A re-evaluation will be performed in eight weeks to determine the athlete’s progression and changes to the program will be made to advance their conditioning.
At the end of the program, the athlete will be provided with an online athletic profile which will document all of the testing results and program highlights. A great way to market yourself to schools for college placement.
The program is tailored to address an athlete’s weaknesses and enhance their strengths. |

Vertical Power |
| |
The Vertical Power program is designed to enhance your vertical. The program will provide you with the proper techniques and the necessary strength and conditioning to promote explosive and powerful jumps.
An athlete’s vertical will be evaluated using the latest technology in vertical jump assessment. The athlete’s vertical, hang time, and explosive leg power will be analyzed. The testing will provide us with the necessary information to develop an appropriate program that addresses the athlete’s weaknesses and enhances their strengths.
The Vertical Power is a 4 week programs that will add inches to your vertical. |

| Volleyball Extreme Power |
| |
The Extreme Power program is aimed at developing and enhancing hitting mechanics and hitting power. An athlete's mechanics will be assessed using 3D motion analysis and video frame by frame breakdown.
The following parameters will be evaluated:
| |
Kinetic Link |
| |
Energy Transfer |
| |
Stability |
| |
Muscular Loading |
| |
Hip speed and firing pattern |
| |
Shoulder speed and firing pattern |
| |
Vertical |
| |
Arm Dynamics |
An athlete will go through a 6 week program that utilizes the latest training techniques to promote proper biomechanics, energy transfer, arm speed production, and injury prevention. The Extreme Power program will make you a strong and efficient hitter.

The Verve Bell Exercise Program is a simple, scientifically validated, training system that creates greater strength, power, balance, and anaerobic fitness. The equipment and program have been developed as a result of Rob Connelly’s 15 years of experience in exercise physiology and rehabilitation. He has worked extensively with amateur and professional athletes, including members of the Oakland Athletics, Vancouver Canucks, New York Islanders, Carolina Hurricanes, and members of the PGA. |

 |
|
The Verve Bell Exercise program enables athletes to improve their performance and reduce injury. By utilizing the Kinetic Link – the ability to transfer power from one body segment to another – hitting, throwing, sprinting, jumping, and overall performance improves. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
Using a series of “whole body” exercises in unison with powerful breathing techniques, the physical results are dramatic - strength grows, body fat decreases, aerobic performance improves and flexibility increases. The Verve Exercise Program takes as little as 20 minutes and exceeds the results achieved from 1 hour of traditional exercise. |
